As a single mom and survivor of domestic violence, Ehmandah found her voice through music. Her powerful storytelling through songwriting wasn't just captivating audiences on stage; it was a lifeline, helping her navigate difficult times and create a fulfilling life. Ehmandah's story is a testament to the transformative power of using your gift. Her songs have resonated with countless listeners, offering solace and strength during their own struggles. This experience continues to be a driving force in Ehmandah's life.
A true master of reinvention, Ehmandah consistently seeks new challenges and opportunities, leading her to become a trailblazer in the coworking space movement. In 2017, she made history as one of only 100 women in the world to own and operate a coworking space. These weren't just workspaces; they were vibrant hubs designed to empower and connect entrepreneurs, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This groundbreaking initiative brought a dynamic force for community building to the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County.

Fueled by her own journey of overcoming adversity, Ehmandah sees the strength in every woman and ignites a fire within them to shatter limiting beliefs. She empowers them with the mentorship, support, and unwavering belief they need to build unshakeable confidence and achieve success.
Ehmandah's impact extends beyond inspiration. As a mentor, she has empowered aspiring women entrepreneurs to confidently step into the world using their gift. Through her guidance, they have launched successful businesses, podcasts, events, own their space in the digital world and more.

This dedication extends to She Stories, a storytelling and wellness community that Ehmandah founded in 2017. She Stories provides a safe space for women to share their experiences, fostering connection and healing. Through the power of storytelling, She Stories has empowered countless women to embrace their voices, rewrite their narratives, and invest in their mental health. Over 200 stories have been shared across the United States. Ehmandah Ramsey is a force for good both within and beyond her work. She actively serves on several boards, including House of Ruth, Inc., and also serves as the Co-Pastor of the Emmanuel Church, where she guides others through spiritual growth and personal empowerment. Her leadership in the faith community has been recognized with an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Leadership, a testament to her dedication to fostering healing, connection, and transformation within and beyond the church. Prior to this, Ehmandah served as a spiritual care provider at a residential treatment facility, an experience that deepened her understanding of emotional and spiritual healing as pathways to transformation.
Ehmandah’s commitment to empowerment extends geographically as well, with her co-founding Women Who Shine Washington State, an organization that amplifies the voices of BIPOC women.
