MEET
Ehmandah
For over 20 years, I’ve guided individuals through spiritual care, healing, and personal transformation—helping them reconnect with themselves and build lives rooted in purpose and alignment. But my journey has shown me that success isn’t about doing more—it’s about learning to rest.
I know firsthand what it means to push through exhaustion, overwork, and constantly pour into others without refilling my own cup. As a CEO, entrepreneur, and community leader, I’ve built, led, and pivoted businesses—including owning a coworking space that I had to close during the pandemic.
I’ve navigated domestic violence, divorce, single motherhood, and major business transitions—and for years, I thought the only way to keep going was to grind harder and sacrifice more. But burnout nearly took everything from me.
Then, I decided to intentionally rest.
And in that pause, I received clarity.
Clarity on who I was beyond what I produced.
Clarity that rest isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a strategy for success.
Clarity that the more I slowed down, the more aligned and impactful my work became.
That’s when I realized: Rest isn’t a retreat. It’s the foundation for real, lasting impact.
But let’s be real—as women, we’ve been taught to put ourselves last.
We nurture, we lead, we give. And somewhere between showing up for everyone else, we forget to show up for ourselves.
We tell ourselves we’ll rest when the work is done. But the work is never done.
“Rest isn’t luxury-it’s a necessity.”
Now, as The Chill CEO™, I help ambitious women break free from the hustle culture and embrace rest as a power move.
Through rest sessions, soul care practices, and well-being strategies, I teach leaders like you how to unlearn toxic productivity, lead with ease, and thrive—without running yourself into the ground.
That’s why I created The Hustle & Flow Method™—a rest-first approach to success that integrates strategic action with intentional rest. Because real success isn’t about grinding harder—it’s about knowing when to push forward and when to pause.
When we learn to hustle with intention and flow with ease, we don’t just survive—we thrive.
But my work isn’t just about rest—it’s about creating spaces for women to heal, connect, and rise.
I’m also the Founder of She Stories, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through storytelling, healing, and connection. At She Stories, we believe that stories have the power to transform mental health and create spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported. Through live events, workshops, and shared narratives, we help women embrace their truth, heal from past wounds, and build thriving communities.
Along my journey, I’ve also had the honor of serving as a TEDx Moderator, leading transformative conversations that challenge perspectives and inspire action.
Rest isn’t a retreat—it’s your foundation for impact.
